USVS was launched in the December of 2006 to cater to the growing popularity of VoIP and telephony hardware, software and services that are known to interoperate with Asterisk, the Open Source PBX. The founders at US VOIP Systems are firm supporters of Open Source software: our business model revolves around popular Open Source telephony products (such as Asterisk, TrixBox, Elastix and Hylafax). We have also developed a portfolio of hardware, software, services and support around each of them.
